Wow! I find out about the site today, and my favourite game has just been added. Awesome!
I'm from Bangladesh, and Twenty-Nine is extremely popular here... probably the most popular card game around.
Hi Anonymous, I'm very glad to hear that this is your favorite game! If you have any comments about it, feel free to post them here on the blog, or write me at marya@worldofcardgames.com.
There is also a game called Twenty-Eight, which is similar. I am curious to know if this other game is more popular. I'd also be interested to know if there are any differences in the rules. The Pagat page for 29 lists several variations, including a "Bangladesh" version.
If you have any strategy tips, I'd love to hear those too! :)
how about pinochle, cribbage, or canasta?
Those are all on my to-do list :)
Everyone, feel free to email me with requests for new games!
Thanks. I had not heard of this game before. We enjoy such games, where one can try to keep track of what cards remain to be played, and with no hidden cards.
